PLEASE NOTE: Right now, Ecrater does not allow for location flexibility on shipping. Therefore, we have no choice but to add in the highest shipping charges on some of our heftier items.
However, if you live close we welcome pickups. If you live in zones 1 or 2, your shipping will probably be less by UPS or freight carrier, so please don't let the high shipping rates scare you from buying something you like, just contact us and we'll give you a shipping quote.

You may return any item within 7 days for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping. Your items will be professionally packed with bubble wrap and/or styrofoam. If you feel your item is extremely fragile, please purchase insurance.
